Regardless of
how outstanding our products are or are
intended to be, no system installation or
development project is possible from a quality
perspective unless it is carefully planned,
managed and executed. ACT continuously uses
tools such as Microsoft
Project® to continuously keep you informed
and ensure that your projects reach a successful
completion on schedule and on budget.
Project Teams
Our project teams,
traditionally consisting of two to five
"area of focus" persons, will
manage every aspect of your implementation
from design, testing, documentation, installation
and system training when required. Project
plans are custom developed for each client’s
implementation and specific needs.
Phased Implementation
Each project
plan is broken into building blocks we refer
to as "Phases" of the implementation,
and each "Phase" is broken down
into detailed tasks. Some projects has as
little as one or two phases encompassing
a few tasks each, while others require many
phases, tasks and resources. Projects can
run as little as a few weeks to six through
12 months depending on complexity. The best
way to measure success is against a written
plan, with estimates and resource allocations.
