Reporting System (FRS) is
a fully hosted business system that provides
you the ability to capture and report the
critical elements of your restaurant or
store. FRS also allows you to promote critical
documents to specific groups of users. There
are no hardware investments other than a
standard internet connection using an existing
PC. Additional costs are kept to a bare
minimum because our company handles all
maintenance and support. Many of the FRS
infrastructure components come from our
development experiences on Wall Street,

to view each report. Upon entering a report
the user can change the defaults to further
analyze certain fields.
* Summary & Detail Drilldown Reporting
- All reports have the initial high-level
summary results with a corresponding drilldown
capability. This allows full functionality
for the executive or store manager.
* Graphical Reporting - All reports
have a graphical presentation emphasizing
that "a picture is worth a thousand
words".

* Download to Excel - All reports
can be downloaded to Excel so they can be
viewed or manipulated outside the FRS system.

can be bridged to bring your Daily Cash
Receipts into the FRS system thus eliminating

the activity. All manual Data Entry Validations
are checked to ensure consistency between

* Daily Cash Receipts Reporting
- allows the viewing of Total Sales, Deposits,
Accounts Receivables and Discounts. Any
field can be the sorted in ascending or
descending order. The details of each category
are available with a simple mouse click.
Page Totals and Grand Totals are available
and are generally more important as the
number of your locations increase.

* Week & Month To Date Reporting
- View Total Net Sales, Meal Counts, etc.
and other fields by each weekday or week
of the month. Statistical comparisons are
available every step of the way.
* Exception Reporting - No system
is complete unless it allows you to quickly
analyze your challenge areas. Various reports
exist such as Discounts to Net Sales and
Cash Over & Under to Gross Sales comparisons.
